Churton Valuation Services Limited (CVS) was founded in 2008 and is an independent valuation and property consultancy practice based in Auckland’s CBD.

CVS provides independent advice to a range of clients including private parties, a number of national and Australian companies, both listed and private, together with church and religious groups and other organisations.

John Churton

The Principal, John Churton, is a Registered Valuer, who gained registration in 1984. He is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and a Fellow of the Property Institute of New Zealand.

John has been involved in the valuation profession since 1984 and has been in private practice since 1989. He was previously a Partner and Director of Mahoney Gardner Churton Limited, then Gribble Churton Taylor Limited, before establishing Churton Valuation Services Limited in 2008.
